Additional Considerations: - Billing and payments: The invoice must be issued once the product is delivered and after receipt compliance with the same by the ARSA. The documents to present: o CAI Invoice o Receipt in the name of the General Treasury of the Republic o Current fiscal solvency o Proof of current payments on account - If ARSA does not receive the documents previously mentioned at the indicated time, all consequential expenses will be borne by the Supplier. Consider the closing regulations issued by the Ministry of Finance (SEFIN) for the year 2025. - The ARSA reserves the right to adjust the amount of inputs, in accordance with budget availability, in accordance with Article 5 of the State Procurement Law. - Likewise, ARSA reserves the right to shorten and/or cancel the purchase order, in accordance with the provisions of Article 51 of the General Provisions of the General Budget of the Republic for fiscal year 2025, which provides that: "If the term of the contract exceeds the government period, the contract must be ratified by the National Congress." In this sense, it states that the purchase order will have a maximum completion date of December 15, 2025, regardless of whether or not all of the requested inputs have been delivered, whichever occurs first...
