Medical or accessories suction canules or tubes - 50 Units of Latex tubes 3/8 x 9/16 (Suction Hule 50). ARTICLE 120.- Failure to comply with the partial deadlines provided for the tenor of article 72, second and third paragraphs, of the State Contracting Law, contained in the decreeNo.74-2001 of July 1, 2001, published in the Official Gazette "La Gaceta" dated September 17, 2001, it will be sanctioned with a fine equivalent to zero points thirty-six percent (0.36%), for each day of delay, in relation to the total amount of the balance of the contract. The specificationsand the public works construction and supervision contract must contain the sanctioning clause. This same provision must also be applied to purchases made by electronic catalog. OBSERVATIONS: The contribution must be sent to this IHSS office hospital of specialtiesBarrio La Granja, signed, sealed and dated, in sealed and lacrado, identifying it with the number of said price, otherwise it will not be considered in theprocess
