Therefore, the following is invited to quote: • Broad Hall with capacity of 30 people, with good lighting and that has audiovisual equipment (sound, 2 microfones and datashow) • Thirty (30) Coffee Break (3 salty and 2 sweet mouths)Packed with their respective drinks, to be served at 9:40 am. • Thirty (30) lunches (1 beef or chicken, and 3 garrisons) with their respective drink and dessert, to be served at 11:40 am.
