- Meetings or events - CMA-191-FHIS-2025 ACQUISITION OF PROTOCOL AND FOOD SERVICES FOR THE WORKSHOP ON COEXISTENCE METHODOLOGY, ACHIEVEMENTS AND GOALS, which will be held on the dates of December 18 to 21, 2025, participants approximately 28 people, members of the CONVIVIR Phase II and III team, ATP Phase III, Trainer and special guests. Within the framework of the project Coexistence and Safe Spaces for Youth in Honduras CONVIVIR PHASE III. Therefore, the following is required: 1. Accommodation: Accommodation for approximately 28 people during the days of the activity, in comfortable and appropriate facilities for an environment of training and coexistence. 2. Food: Complete coverage of meals for the days of the event, Ensuring quality and nutritional variety, food must be considered from the day of departure to the day of return (include Coffee Break) 3. Transportation: Round-trip transportation service from Tegucigalpa to the event location, guaranteeing the comfort and safety of the participants. 4. Event room: Training room, equipped with a projector, sound and furniture, with opening hours on Friday, December 19, from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. and Saturday, December 20 from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. NOTE. It is essential that the event takes place outside of Tegucigalpa, preferably in the Atlantic coast area in a space that offers spacious and adequate facilities, allowing for the development of formal activities...
