Food: Coffee Break: Sweet and salty mouthpieces for80 people. Water and coffee station available throughout the day. Lunch: Complete lunch for 80 people, including drink (natural or soda). Waiter service during lunch and coffee break. Complete lunch furniture: chairs, tables, tablecloths, coverage and utensilsnecessary Required equipment: 1 projector (data show) 1 screen screen 4 microphones (preferably wireless) Full sound system (good power and clarity speakers) Stable Internet access, minimum speed of symmetrical 75MB (without latency or cuts, due to participationInternational) Additional amenities and services: Differentiated and good condition for men and women, equipped with: toilet paper Liquid soap paper or automatic dryer Access to drinking water Parking with minimal capacity of 25 personal support vehicles for logisticsand cleaning during the event (optional but ideal) the conference type event will be held for 80 people including organizing personnel and guests.
