- Needle medical syringes- 180,000 units of disposable insulin syringes 1CC.- ARTICLE 120.- Failure2001, published in the Official Gazette "La Gaceta" dated September 17, 2001, will be sanctioned with a fine equivalent to zero points thirty -six percent (0.36%), for each day of delay, in relation to the total amount of the balance of the contract. The specifications and the construction contractand supervision of public works, must contain the sanctioning clause. This same provision must also be applied to purchases made by electronic catalog. OBSERVATIONS: The contribution must be sent to this IHSS Office of Specialties Hospital Barrio La Granja, signed,sealed and dated, in sealed and lacrado envelope, identifying it with the number of said contribution, otherwise it will not be considered in the process.
