Office Chairs - Acquisition of Semi-executive Chairs.- QUANTITY OF 6, CASHIER BENCH TYPE CHAIR, WITH ARMS, METAL STAR, WITH LOAD CAPACITY OF AROUND 250 LBS - QUANTITY OF 76, SEMI-EXECUTIVE CHAIR, WITH ROTATING BASE, ADJUSTABLE HEIGHT, WITH PADDED BACK WITH ARMS AND A LOAD CAPACITY OF AROUND 250 TO 300 POUNDS, WHICH ARE MADE OF FABRIC. FACTORY WARRANTY FROM 6 MONTHS TO A YEAR, DEPENDING ON THE COMMERCIAL HOUSE. DELIVERY TIME OF 1-10 BUSINESS DAYS ONCE THE PURCHASE ORDER OR THE CONTRACT1). Current Operating Permit, 2). National Tax Registry, 3). SAR Fiscal Solvency, 4). Affidavit of not being included in Articles 15 and 16 of the State Contracting Law 5). SIAFI Beneficiary Registration and Bank Certificate detailing the account number and full name of the company, which must match the account registered in the SIAFI PIN 6).
