Office equipment rental - contracting of the lease service of five (5) print centers (3 color and 2 black and white), for efficient use of all units dependent on this secretary, the requirements requested for the lease service are detailed below:• Lease of 5 multifunctional printing centers (3 color and 2 black and white); • Amount of impressions: black and white: 21,000, color: 3,000 • Printing cost per unit of black and white; • Print cost per unit color; • Network connection; • Printing, scanned andPhotocopying duplex in black and white and color, letter size, legal, trade and tabloid only for color equipment; • Speed 25 pages per minute; • Shipping of SMTP, FTP, use of shared files • Document feeder (ADF); • USB 2.0 port; • Paper feeding tray;• User code for printing and scanning; • Technical assistance no more than four (4) hours, (response time to be presented at the place of the incident); • Training and induction in the use of the equipment; • Immediate availability; • The service must include inputs (black and color toner,Spare parts, labor, preventive and corrective maintenance); • Others according to contracting time of 12 months; It is requested to send attached photo with a product sample offered by email jflores@sep.gob.hn, emartinez@sep.gob.hn Place the RTN number of theEM...
