- Description: RFQ/2026/62315 Open Bid Agreement (BPA) for the Supply of Cleaning Materials UNOPS will contract one or more companies to provide supplies of Medical Supplies for UNOPS projects for a period of 12 months. According to the UNOPS Procurement Manual (section 11.5) a GAP is a written agreement between UNOPS and a supplier, a GAP is established for a defined period of time for clearly specified goods/supplies or quantifiable services at fixed prices or rates. While there is no legal obligation to order a maximum or minimum quantity from the supplier, GAPs typically include a delivery plan or other date that the supplier must respect. Requests for clarification from bidders are will be accepted only through the UNGM portal https://www.ungm.org under the option “Information about the announcement” / “request clarification” IMPORTANT NOTE: Interested suppliers must respond to this tender using the UNOPS eSourcing system, at through the UNGM portal.
