ARTICLE 120.- Failure to comply with the partial deadlines provided according to article 72, second and third paragraph2001, it will be sanctioned with a fine equivalent to zero points thirty -six percent (0.36%), for each day of delay, in relation to the total amount of the balance of the contract.
