Oxygen O - REFILL OF 300PC MEDICAL OXYGEN AND NITROUS OXIDE IS REQUESTED WITH THE FOLLOWING DESCRIPTION: 1. The company will provide the cylinders as a loan, which will not generate a cost for CEHNIQ/FUNDANIQUEM. 2. Comply with all ISO 9001:2015 guidelines, ISO 9809-1:2019, which specify the cylinder liner and that it is suitable for maximum loads and impact resistance. 3. Duly identified cylinder nomenclatures (manufacturing standard, construction material, month of test hydrostatic, brand of the laboratory that performed the test and inspection, year of hydrostatic test. 4. Comply with the processes regarding the correct packaging and transportation of these clinical gases, and it must also be verified that it has the Critical Pressure (CP) and the Minimum Purity required for oxygen (99.5%). 5. Batch number and packaging verification with the hydrostatic tests corresponding to that batch without exceeding 10 years of usefulness of the cylinder, if the Batch number changes that this also demonstrates that has passed the corresponding hydrostatic and leak tests
