Party services in tents - Hiring of a supplier for the rental service of a 2 x 4 meters LED screen with custom Truss structure, of interior use, to cover 10 dates of corporate and institutional events, according to calendar of the General Management of the ENEE, in Tegucigalpa. ************************** 1 The service will begin from July 15, 2025 and will run until December of the same year. 2 The places of benefit will be: CCG, Ministry of Energy, Hotel Zone or other central public institutions of Tegucigalpa. 3 The screen must include operator For each event. 4 The maximum duration of each event will be 2 hours. 5 The assembly must be done 4 to 5 hours in advance of each event. 6 The awarded provider must guarantee equipment and personnel, even when the application is made minimally in advance, to ensure The success of the event. 7 The payment will be partial as the services are made.
