The offer must be submitted signed and sealed in original in the name of San Pedro Sula firefighters,The supplier must accept exonerated purchase order, any offer received must adhere to the ONCAE-005-2021 circular that establishes in paragraph 5: the suppliers are instructed that for the presentation of physical offers on the Honducampras 1 platform 1 the regulation must be adjustedEstablished in article 111 of the Regulation of the State Contracting Law.
