Pediatric or microflu or microflu or pericranial vein - 03 catheter kit for permanent pediatric hemodialis 12.5fr X 18cm, 01 Kit de Cateter Para Hemodialisis Permanent Pediatric 12.5 FR 20cm Y 02 Kit de Cateter Para Hemodialisis permanent pediatric 12.5FR X 24 cm. ARTICLE 120.- Failure to comply with the partial deadlines provided for the tenor of article 72, second and third paragraphs, of the contracting law of the State, contained in Decree No.74-2001 of July 1, 2001, published in the Official Gazette "La Gaceta" dated September 17 of 2001, it will be sanctioned with a fine equivalent to zero points thirty -six percent (0.36%), for each day of delay, in relation to the total amount of the balance of the contract. The specifications and the contract for the construction and supervision of public works, must contain the sanctioning clause. This same provision must also be applied to purchases made by electronic catalog. OBSERVATIONS: The contribution must be sent to this IHSS Office of Specialties Hospital Barrio La Granja, signed, sealed and dated, in sealed and lacrado, identifying it with the number of said quote, otherwise it will not be considered in the process.
