Personnel hiring services-The hiring of individual consultant as a certified public buyer (CPC) Process No. CI-009-DGA-SE-2025 is required, which must accredit the following requirements with its resume:*University Professional entitled in Ares de Sciences Economic, Law, engineering or related races. *Current certification as a certified public buyer (CPC) granted by ONCAE. *Experience proven in the position of public buyer certified at least two (2) year. *Knowledge of the State Hiring Law and its Regulations, Provisions General of the Republic and other supplementary laws. *Practical management of the Honducompras System. *Minimum experience of 3 years in functions related to public acquisitions, having participated in public, private tenders, public/private consulting processes, purchases by Electronic catalog.
