- Personnel hiring services - The hiring of a consultant is required through an individual consultant called "Designer and digiter of Promine Educational Infrastructure Projects of the General Directorate of School Constructions and Real Estate", of which he must Accredit with your resume the following requirements: Professional: Architect. • Knowledge in evaluation, design and supervision of infrastructure projects. • With knowledge transmission and management in groups of people. • Ability to plan, implement, analyze and Interpret information. • Management of Autocad, Revit, Sketchup programs. • With the capacity to prepare reports. Professional experience: • Having at least 1 year experience as an architect in the infrastructure area. • With experience in lifting and calculation of quantities of work. • With experience in elaboration of work estimates. • Experience in architectural design of construction projects, infrastructure remodeling and elaboration of constructive plans. • Experience in supervision of infrastructure projects. • Preferable experience in Methodology and projects executed within the School Infrastructure Improvement Program (PROMINE) and/or in effect of the Ministry of Education. • Ability to prepare technical, diagnostic reports. • Knowledge and experience in the use of computational packages: Windows, Micros...
