- Plastic bags - REQUEST FOR A QUOTE Subject: Quote for the acquisition of 2,100 pounds of plastic bags Dear Sirs: We hereby respectfully request a quote from your client for the acquisition of 2,100 pounds of plastic bags, in accordance with the following specifications: Product specifications: Plastic bags with two perforations at the bottom. Measurements: 8.5 inches wide by 15.2 inches long. Thickness: Same as the sample provided by the Purchasing and Supplies Department. If a physical sample is required, it must be presented to the Purchasing Department for delivery. Quote conditions: • Include unit and total price, with all applicable taxes. • Indicate delivery time, delivery method, warranty offered and any other relevant technical requirement. • The quote currency must be Lempiras (HNL). • Include all taxes. • Specify the validity period of the offer.
