Polyvinyl chloride (PVC)-Bidder instructions • Invitation: cordially an invitation is extended so that present formal contribution and participates in the process of purchase smaller cm-GGA-2025-ADMON-089-253 for the "acquisition of material for the elaboration of the personnel assigned to the Central SEDS administration • Instructions: a. The Ministry of Security will execute the purchase based on the available budget and in the corresponding cases, will make the necessary adjustments, in order not to compromise resources that it does not have. Article 111 of the provisions General Budget for fiscal year 2025; Article 27 of the State Contracting Law and Article 39 of the Regulation of the State Contracting Law. b. Purchase financing requires credit authorization in favor of the institution, with a maximum validity of 45 calendar days, counted from the presentation of the full documents for the payment management (invoice, proof of updated tax solvency of the SAR, registration of SIAFI beneficiary and reception certificates). c. This unit can award the purchase, partially, to one or more suppliers, by item or by total lot in order to guarantee the best management of resources. d.
