Promotional material or annual reports - INVITATION TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PROCESS CM-034-DIGER-2025 The Results-Based Management Department hereby requests the quote for: 100- WATERPROOF TRANSPARENT CARD HOLDER UNIT, 100 UNITS FABRIC CORDS WITH WHITE DIGER CPLOR LOGO WITH TURQUOISE BLUE LETTERS. Quote must be presented physically and in a sealed envelope, it must be prepared on letterhead of the participating company that describes the following information: Name of the company, RTN, Number Telephone, establishment address and email address; Place and Date of Issue; Description of the product or service offered, unit price, ISV (if applicable) and total price. The product or service offered must comply with the requested technical specifications, and must attach a product or service information brochure if necessary; DESCRIBE THE DELIVERY TIME OF THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE OFFERED AND VALIDITY OF THE OFFER; NAME, POSITION, SIGNATURE AND SEAL OF THE COMPANY.
