- Provisional Engineering Services-"Individual Consultant Contracting for Formulator and Supervisor of Projects Promine Educational Infrastructure of the General Directorate of School Constructions and Real Estate", Process No. CI-016-Digecebi-DGA-SE-2025, which must be Accredit with your resume the following requirements: *Academic training: • Professional: architect. • Registered and solvent with their respective school. • Knowledge in evaluation, formulation, design and supervision of projects. • With knowledge transmission and management in groups of people. • Ability to plan, implement, analyze and interpret information. • Management of Autocad, Revit, Sketchup, Opus. • With the capacity to prepare reports. *Professional experience: • Minimum proven experience of 1.5 years in methodology and projects Executed within the Infrastructure Improvement Program (PROMINE) and/or in effect of the Secretary of Education, • Have at least 5 years of experience as an architect in the infrastructure area. • Experience in project formulation in Opus or FHIS system. • Formulation experience of FHIS type projects. • Experience in CPTED/Training regulations • Experience in educational infrastructure. • Experience in topographic surveys. • Experience in architectural design of construction projects, infrastructure remodeling and elaboration of constructive plans. ...
