Psychological services - CONTRACTING A SPECIALIZED FIRM TO PROVIDE PSYCHOMETRIC EVALUATION SERVICES; (BASIC TEST, TEST OF TRUST/HONESTY AND COMPETENCES) UNDER THE FOLLOWING PROFILE: 1 1 TEST THE EVALUATIONS WILL BE CARRIED OUT BOTH MANAGERIAL, TECHNICAL, ADMINISTRATIVE AND OPERATIONAL LEVEL, IT IS NECESSARY TO EVALUATE AT LEAST THE FOLLOWING FACTORS: 1. INTELLECTUAL QUALITY 2. EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE 3. NUMERICAL ABILITY 4. VERBAL ABILITY 5. PERSONALITY (INCORPORATING CLINICAL ASPECTS) 6. EMOTIONAL STABILITY 7. COMPETENCES 8. TRUST/HONESTY 9. SOCIAL JUDGMENT 10 DECISION MAKING 11. INTEGRITY 2 1 TEST ADDITIONALLY, IT IS REQUIRED TO EVALUATE THE FOLLOWING COMPETENCES FOR ALL POSITIONS: 12. COMPETENCES: A. INNOVATION B. INITIATIVE IN THE CASE OF A FIRST LINE POSITION C. STRATEGIC VISION D. EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP SECOND AND THIRD LINE E. PEOPLE MANAGEMENT F. DECISION MAKING G. RESPONSE CAPACITY MANDATORY: THE COMPANY MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN THE ITEM, OF AT LEAST FIVE (5) YEARS, WITH A WORK TEAM MADE UP OF AT LEAST THREE (3) REGISTERED PSYCHOLOGISTS, WHO HAVE THE SAME TIME OF PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN THE APPLICATION AND ANALYSIS OF PSYCHOMETRIC TESTS, AS WELL AS IN JOB INTERVIEW AND COMPETENCES, IN BOTH PUBLIC AND PRIVATE SECTOR INSTITUTIONS; FOR THIS PURPOSE, DOCUMENTARY ACCREDITATION IS REQUIRED.
