- Purified water - ACQUISITION OF 1,800 5-GALLON BOTTLES OF PURIFIED WATER FOR THE CONSUMPTION OF THE STAFF OF THE HEALTH REGULATION AGENCY (ARSA) Required quantity: • One thousand eight hundred (1,800) bottles of purified water, 5-gallon presentation. Specifications and conditions of supply: 1. Water must be presented in 5-gallon bottles, duly sealed with a security seal and in perfect physical and hygienic conditions. 2. The supply must be carried out with a minimum frequency two (2) times a week, preferably on Mondays and Thursdays, at the main offices of the Health Regulation Agency (ARSA), located in the Central District, Comayagüela, Calle Los Mayors, in front of City Mall. 3. The provider must present receipt sheet for each delivery made during the contractual period, duly signed by authorized personnel. 4. The awarded supplier must provide twenty-one (21) oasis-type dispensers on loan, which They must: • Remain in perfect working order. • Receive periodic maintenance, cleaning and disinfection. • Be replaced immediately in case of failure. • Not generate additional costs for ARSA. 5. The supplier must assign in loan condition a total of one hundred (100) bottles and additionally for storage at least two (2) gondolas with a minimum capacity of 30 bottles, without this representing additional costs for ARSA. 6...
