Description:
Radio search services - VHF radio frequency signal service is requested 1. Validity of the service: The period of 6 months, counted from the receipt and acceptance of the purchase order. 2. Availability: The communication service must be operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (24/7). 3. Range: The radio communication signal must guarantee coverage for both portable terminals (handheld radios) for internal use and for equipment installed in mobile units. (vehicles) of ARSA. 4. Technical support: specialized technical support with a response time (SLA) of no more than two (2) hours after the failure is reported. 5. Geographic coverage; The radio signal must have full coverage in the cities of Tegucigalpa and Comayagüela, extending to surrounding places within a radius of 25 kilometers. 6. Technical specifications: The signal transmission and reception service will be based on VHF frequency (Very High Frequency) 7. Installation period: The system and equipment They must be installed and operational within a maximum period of seven (7) calendar days after receipt of the purchase order.
