Rental of commercial or industrial facilities - Rent a place with capacity for 25 people, in which two days will be held at the following time, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 AM and from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. In order to cover 50 people, the following is requested: 35 packed lunches with their respective refreshment served at 11:00 am; 35 Packaged dinners with soda served at 3:00 pm; 100 water boats of 750 ml; Disinfection of the room at the end of the first day (11:30 a.m. to 12:30); 25 padded chairs; 1 podium; 10MB wireless fiber optic internet; Pre-assembly is requested for Friday, October 22 at 5:00 p.m.; This for I7day event that will take place on Saturday, October 23 of this year.
