• Rental of commercial or industrial facilities - Technical specifications for the rental of offices of the Honduran Federation of Mountain Sports and Climbing (FEHDME):1. Location and Accessibility Suitable area: Search for a location in areas peripheral or industrial areas of Tegucigalpa, where there is enough space for climbing walls. Access for equipment: The space must have easy access for large vehicles transporting climbing equipment and materials. Transportation and Parking: It must have ample parking and be well connected to public transportation to facilitate the arrival of athletes.2. Size and Distribution Recommended size: An area of ​​250 to 400 m². Distribution: Area for climbing walls: Dedicated space for the installation of modular or fixed walls, with sufficient height (4-5 meters) and safe landing surfaces (mats or foam). Additional spaces: Warm-up area, small administrative office, bathrooms, storage equipment and a rest area for athletes.3.
