Rental of office equipment - CONTRACTING OF THE LEASING SERVICE OF FOUR (4) COLOR PRINTING CENTERS, FOR EFFICIENT USE OF ALL THE UNITS DEPENDENT ON THIS SECRETARIAT, THE REQUIREMENTS REQUESTED FOR THE LEASING SERVICE: • LEASING OF 4 COLOR PRINTING CENTERS • MINIMUM QUANTITY OF PRINTS: BLACK AND WHITE: 25,000, COLOR: 2,400 • PRINTING COST PER BLACK AND WHITE UNIT; • PRINTING COST PER UNIT COLOR; • POINT CONNECTION NETWORK; • DUPLEX PRINTING, SCANNING AND PHOTOCOPYING IN BLACK AND WHITE AND COLOR, LETTER SIZE, LEGAL AND OFFICIAL; • MINIMUM SPEED OF 31 PAGES PER MINUTE; • SEND SCAN VIA SMTP, FTP, USING SHARED FILES (SMB) • DOCUMENT FEEDER (ADF); • USB 2.0 PORT; • THREE (3) PAPER FEED TRAYS + BYPASS (OPTIONAL); • USER CODE FOR COPYING, SCANNING AND PRINTING; YOU MUST ACCEPT THE MINIMUM REGISTRATION OF 100 USERS; • TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE NO MORE THAN FOUR (4) HOURS, (DUE TIME) RESPONSE IN APPEARING AT THE PLACE OF THE INCIDENT); • TRAINING AND INDUCTION IN THE USE OF THE EQUIPMENT; • IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY; • THE SERVICE SHOULD INCLUDE SUPPLIES (BLACK AND COLOR TONER, SPARE PARTS, LABOR, PREVENTIVE AND CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE); • CONTRACT PERIOD: FROM JUNE TO DECEMBER 2026 (7 MONTHS) WITH MONTHLY PAYMENTS FOR THE SERVICE PROVIDED.
