- Rental or rental of vehicles - The Secretary of State of the Presidency/National Emergency System 911, formally requests a quote for the rental of 1 large truck for the purpose of transporting humanitarian aid to the municipality of Chinacla, La Paz on November 7, 2025. The proposal must be prepared in the name of the Secretary of State in the Office of the Presidency/Nine, One, One (911) National Emergency System, adding in said economic proposal the RTN: 08019004444206. If the offers are not submitted with the name described above, they will be disqualified. Likewise, interested parties must deliver in a sealed envelope, labeling it with the number of this process in the administrative offices connected to the National Emergency System 911 Building, Ground Floor, Administrative Annex Building, Aldea El Ocotal, Comayagueela, M.D.C., Honduras, AC.; with a schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. This process may be examined in the Contracting and Procurement information system of the State of Honduras, "HONDUCOMPRAS" with file number SEDP-SNE911-CM-UCA-DAF-407-10-2025 The award will be made to the supplier that presents the most economical or advantageous offer as a result of the objective evaluation of the price and the other factors provided for in articles 51 and 52 of the State Procurement Law.
