Your company is hereby invited to submit your best financial and technical proposal for the required service. His proposalcould be the basis of a contract for professional services (CPS) between your company and UNFPA. To allow your company to submit a proposal, please read the following attached documents carefully: Section I: Instructions to Bidders Section II: Terms of ReferenceciaSection III: General conditions of UNFPA contractsSection IV: Special conditions of UNFPA contractsSection V: Supplier qualification requirementsSection VI: Tender forms to be returned duly completedSection VII: Proposed model contract for professional servicessionals The bidding process will be carried out through a TWO envelope system. Interested bidders are required to publish their technical bid separately from the financial bid that includes price information. Specific instructions can be found forto submission in Section I: Instructions to Bidders, clause 20 Submission, sealing and marking of tenders. Offerors are required to carefully read Section I: Instructions to Offerors, clause 20 Submission, sealing and marking of proposals, where se provide detailed instructions on the submission process. It is the offeror's responsibility to ensure compliance with the submission process.
