The requested space must have air conditioning, elevator (if necessary), access to ramps, salvaescaleras or access ramps, bathrooms Accessible, grip and courtesy and safe parking, for 400 people. • Tables with tablecloths (institutional colors) • Food (lunch type) served at table • Coffee station, tea and cookies during the entire event • Service staff • Audio (4 microphones) • Video (1 LED screen in The front of the room, 4 plasmas distributed in the Hall for the appreciation of the participations and presentations) • Round tables (groups of 10 people) • Rectangular wooden table (for officials) located diagonally at the side of the room. (contrary to the podium) • Ten (10) Tables for registration, trades signing, medical consultation, and informative staff of the Department of Benefit Management and Inprema Health. • Service personnel. • Internet (Wifi) event to be held on August 13, 2025, in the city of Tegucigalpa, from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
