Scanners - Acquisition of eight (8) scans for the improvement of the productivity of the units dependent on this secretary, the requirements are detailed below: • Six (6) Personal scanner Type of feeding ADF: type of scanner, automatic documents feeder (ADF) toDouble face; Scan speed 40 pages per minute; Optical Resolution 600 DPI; Paper size A4, A5, letter, legal and trade; ADF 80 g/m2; Wi-Fi and USB interface; Minimum guarantee of one (1) year. • Two (2) Departmental scans with ADF and glass feeding type: type of scanner,Automatic Document Feder (ADF) double -sided and flat bed (Crystal); Optical Resolution 600 DPI; Scan speed: simplex 90 ppm, duplex 180 imp; Paper size A4, A5, letter, trade and recommended tabloid; USB connection; Red connectivity for shared use either by Ethernet (LAN)Or wi-fi; PDF output file types, PDF (OCR), JPEG, PNG and other formats if applied; Minimum guarantee of one (1) year.
