The Quotation must be presented physically and on a sealed envelope, it must be prepared on the letterhead of the participating company that describes the following information: Name of the company, RTN, Telephone Number, Address of the establishment and Email addresselectronic; Place and date of issue; Description of the product or service offered, unit price, ISV (if applicable) and total price. The product or service offered must meet the requested technical specifications, and must attach an information brochure on the product or service ifr required; DESCRIBE THE DELIVERY PERIOD OF THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE OFFERED AND VALIDITY OF THE OFFER; NAME, POSITION, SIGNATURE AND STAMP OF THE COMPANY.
