Software coding - The following requirement is requested: Purchase of digital certificates for validation of the decentralized electronic signature, belonging to the institution for one year, which includes online identity validation and verification in the restrictive lists, which allows 3 thousand per year. It must be issued by a certified entity, in the event that the holder of the digital certificate causes low in the institution, the supplier must offer: the immediate revocation of the previous certificate at no additional cost. The possibility of issuing a new certificate for another Authorized user, following the same process, for the time to subtract the institution with the service.
