- Source syringes - 1,500 Asepto 4 -ounce syringe units. Article 72, second and third paragraphs, of the State Contracting Law, contained in Decree No.74-2001 of July 1, 2001, published in he Official Gazette "La Gaceta" dated September 17, 2001, will be sanctioned with a fine equivalent to zero points thirty -six percent (0.36%), for each day of delay, in relation to the total amount of the balance of the contract. Public works, the sanctioning clause must contain. electronic. OBSERVATIONS: The contribution must be sent to this IHSS Office of Specialties Hospital Barrio La Granja, signed, sealed and closed, In sealing and lacrado, identifying it with the number of said contribution, otherwise it will not be considered in the process.
