Indications to the Potential bidders: 1. The CDPC will provide sample of the expected final product, to the potential bidders. 2. The award will be based on the technical suitability of the bidders that guarantee quality of products. Art 52 of the LCE. 3. Prior to the final shooting, the winning company It will present a sample to the CDPC for color and design approval. MODIFICATIONS TO THE CONTRACT: They will be subject to the general provisions of the State Budget and Law. At all times they will be communicated to the winning company. Payment modality: the payment will be made via SAIF, applies for retention ISV.
