Steel cable surveying services - HIRING A SURVEYER TO CARRY OUT THE MEASUREMENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PUBLIC DEED OF THE LAND OWNED BY INJUPEMP CALLED EL HATO OR LOMA VERDE, LOCATED IN THE COLONIA LOMA LINDA, CONTIGUOUS TO THE COLONIA LOMA GREEN. THIS LAND CURRENTLY WORKS AS A PARKING LOT. ACCORDING TO MEMORANDUM DB-117-2026. IMPORTANT: QUOTES MUST CONTAIN NAME OR COMPANY NAME OF THE COMPANY RTN, SIGNATURE AND SEAL, CONTACT, ADDRESS AND THAT IT IS WITHIN THE ESTABLISHED DATE NOTE: In accordance with Legislative Decree No. 266-2013 and Article 105 of Legislative Decree No. 357-2013, which establishes the Organic Law of INJUPEMP, it is considered that INJUPEMP has the right to exemption from the payment of Sales Tax, according to as stipulated in Article 16 of the Current Tax Code, of Legislative Decree No. 170-2016. Therefore, it is not necessary to undergo authorizing administrative procedures to enjoy this Sales Tax exemption benefit.
