Strategic planning advisory services - Terms of Reference for Technical Consulting for virtual development and psychometric digital resources for PHUMAS I. Background This document is linked to the Council's decision University of the National Autonomous University of Honduras (UNAH) to develop the PHUMA with the objective of guaranteeing an inclusive, equitable and effective admission process for entry to higher education. Between 2006 and 2024, UNAH applied the PAA of the College Board; However, it has been decided to develop a contextualized test adapted to the specific needs of the Honduran educational system. This project aims to improve the admission model, aligning with the principles of inclusion and equity established at the III UNESCO World Higher Education Conference (2022). The project for the development of the PHUMA responds to the need to transform and improve the UNAH admission process by incorporating considerations of inclusion, justice and equity, for disadvantaged populations that face difficulties competing with those who have had better social, cultural and economic opportunities. For UNAH, it is crucial to develop its own entrance test that is contextualized and validated according to your specific needs.
