NOTE: Legislative Decree No, 266-2013; alreadyarticle 105 of Legislative Decree No. 357-2013 containing the Organic Law of INJUPEMP, it is of the opinion that INJUPEMP to enjoy the benefit of exemption from the payment of Sales Tax established in Article 105 of Legislative Decree No. 357-2013 should not undergo the procedured0311b314139639afa8d9993705f8a28s authorizing administrative authorities for being exempt from payment of Sales Tax, in accordance with Article 105 of Decree No. 357.2013, therefore, when invoicing the sale of goods or services to INJUPEMP, suppliers are obliged to issue invoices. with exemption fromd0311b314139639afa8d9993705f8a28l sales tax on purchases made by said Social Security Entity.
