Gentlemen: The National Electric Energy Company invites you to submit an offer for the following acquisition: 1. Description General: The ENEE requires hiring a company that supplies the work of “OFFICE REPAIR OF THE REGIONAL SYSTEM OF OCOTEPEQUE, DISTRIBUTION MANAGEMENT", with the objective of maintaining and/or improving the facilities; with a company that brings together the technical conditions to provide the requested work. 2. Contracting Modality: The acquisition modality promoted through this invitation is Minor Purchase Contracting (03 quotes) and will be governed by the Contracting Law of the State and its Regulations, specifications and General Provisions of the 2025 Budget. 3. Eligible bidders: i. 1. Prequalified bidders in the LPN-SP process 100-088-2024 CONTRACTORS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF MULTIPLE PUBLIC WORKS FOR THE NATIONAL ELECTRICAL ENERGY COMPANY ENEE.
