- Support or maintenance rates- Software Maintenance Service (IBM Operating System) and preventive hardware maintenance for the AS 400- IBM Power 8, model 8286-41a, for 8 months, two (2) views, which includes:- Cleaning of the AS/400-IBM Power8 equipment, model 8286-41a and its Components - system log review, hardware components firmware, review of the system hardware components, attention light. - Visual inspection of hardware components in search of some visible physical damage - Review of the status of the arrangement Of discs (raid in operational, not degraded) - verify the proper functioning of power sources, memories, network cards, others. -Verify the proper functioning of the backup units that are connected to the team -Revision of the PTF's level (Program or Product Temporary Fix) installed, storage review used. - Deliver to Hondutel at the time of concluding preventive maintenance, report of activities carried out and an action plan of the activities to be carried out (of what was found during preventive maintenance).
