Support transceivers and converters - REQUIRED: 1- 100 MEDIA CONVERT. 10/100/1000 P 20KM SIDE BY 1. ACQUISITION OF MEDIA CONVERTER EQUIPMENT IS REQUIRED FROM ELECTRICAL ETHERNET SIGNALS TO AN OPTICAL MEDIA FOR LAST MILE POINT TO TRANSMISSION POINT, OR MULTI-POINT POINT AND ONLY AS A LAN EXTENSION 2. THE EQUIPMENT MUST BE PLUG AND PLAY, SO NO TYPE OF CONFIGURATION IS REQUIRED FOR ITS OPERATION. 3. THE EQUIPMENT MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 10/100/1000 ETHERNET PORT AND ARRANGEED IN RJ-45 CONNECTOR 4. THE OPTICAL PORT SHOULD BE ARRANGEMENT IN SC CONNECTOR. 5. OPTICAL TRANSMISSION AND RECEPTION MUST BE ARRANGEMENT IN A SINGLE WIRE OF FIBER (WDM). 6. THE OPTICAL OPERATION DISTANCE SHOULD BE NO LESS THAN 20 KMS. 7. THE OPTICAL SIGNAL MUST BE SINGLE MODE (1310NM OR 1550 NM) AND G.652 FIBER WILL BE USED AS TRANSMISSION MEDIA. 3. THE POWER SOURCE FOR THESE MEDIA CONVERTER EQUIPMENT SHALL BE 110 VAC ACCORDING TO THE QUANTITIES REQUESTED IN THE OFFER FORM. IN THE CASE OF AC, THE POWER CABLE MUST BE INCLUDED AND WITH A COMPATIBLE NEMA TYPE PLUG FOR USE IN HONDURAS. 9. TO ENERGIZE THE EQUIPMENT, IT IS REQUIRED THAT THE CONNECTOR OF THE EQUIPMENT DOES NOT NEED SPECIALIZED TOOLS FOR ITS INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING. OPERATION. 10. THE MEAN TIME BETWEEN FAILURES (MTBF) OF THE EQUIPMENT SHOULD BE NO LESS THAN 20,000 HOURS. 11. THE EQUIPMENT MUST HAVE LEDS INDICATING SUCCESSFUL TRANSMISSION/RECEPTION. 12. THE CONVERTERS...
