- Surgical binding band applicators or related bands or products - 24 60 mm blue recharge loads for universal stapler. 120.- Failure to comply with the partial deadlines provided for the tenor of article 72, second and third paragraphs, of the Law on the Contracting Law of the State, Contained in Decree No.74-2001 of July 1, 2001, published in the Official Gazette "La Gaceta" dated September 17, 2001, it will be sanctioned with a fine equivalent to zero points thirty-six percent (0.36%), for each day of delay, in relation to the total amount of the balance of the contract. The specifications and the contract for the construction and supervision of public works, must contain the sanctioning clause. It should also be applied to purchases made by electronic catalog. IHSS Specialties Hospital Barrio La Granja, signed, sealed and dated, in sealed and lacrado, identifying it with the number of said contribution, otherwise it will not be considered in the process.
