• Suture - 40 DOZEN ABSORBABLE SUTURE "0" 1/2 CIRCLE NEEDLE 25 MM. - ARTICLE 120.- Failure to comply with the partial deadlines provided for in accordance with Article 72, second and third paragraphs, of the State Contracting Law, contained in the Decree No.74-2001 of July 1, 2001, published in the Official Gazette “La Gaceta” dated September 17, 2001, a fine equivalent to zero points thirty-six percent (0.36%) will be sanctioned for each day of delay, in relation to the total amount of the contract balance. The Terms and Conditions and the Construction and Supervision of Public Works Contract must contain the sanctioning clause. This same provision must also apply to purchases made through electronic catalogue. OBSERVATIONS: The quote must be sent to this IHSS Hospital de Especialidades Barrio La Granja office, signed, sealed and dated, in a sealed and sealed envelope, identifying it with the number of said quote, otherwise it will not be considered in the process.
