IMPORTANT: QUOTES MUST CONTAIN NAME OR COMPANY NAME OF THE COMPANY RTN, SIGNATURE AND SEAL, CONTACT, ADDRESS AND THAT IT IS WITHIN THE ESTABLISHED DATE NOTE: In accordance with Legislative Decree No. 266-2013 and Article 105 of Legislative Decree No. 357-2013, which establishes the Law Organic of INJUPEMP, it is considered that INJUPEMP has the right to exemption from the payment of Sales Tax, as stipulated in Article 16 of the Current Tax Code, of Legislative Decree No. 170-2016. Therefore, it is not necessary undergo authorizing administrative procedures to enjoy this Sales Tax exemption benefit. By virtue of the above, it is established that suppliers who invoice goods or services to INJUPEMP are obliged to issue invoices with exemption from Sales Tax for purchases made by this social security entity. To do this, it is necessary that the awarded suppliers comply with the following documentary requirements. The awarded supplier(s) must must have the following documentation: Proof of payments on account (if not presented, 1% of the payment is withheld and if you give them the withholding document) Current Fiscal Solvency.
