- Expression of Interest are invited for Tegucigalpa Roadmap towards IPSAS Adoption The objective of this consultancy is to support AMDC initiate the process towards IPSAS adoption and implementation, guiding their accounting processes and ultimately their financial statements to comply with international accounting standards. The first phase of this process will be to define a roadmap for the harmonization of AMDCs internal policies, technical standards and procedures required by the CGR with those of IPSAS, and definition of actions necesary towards the subsequent adoption of IPSAS. To achieve this the following components will be carried out: - Detailed gap analysis and development of a road map for IPSAS adoption and implementation, - Draw practical recommendations to modify information system/software, policies, processes and procedures of the organization as required - Awareness raising on importance of IPSAS adoption.
