Interested companies may obtain the Terms and Conditions from the Department of Procurement and Contracting Regulations (DNAC) upon payment of L2,500.00, which is non-refundable. The consultation period will be from the publication date until April 6, 2026, at 4:00 p.m., and clarifications must be provided no later than April 9, 2026.
