The offeror can formulate his quote/offer in the letterhead format of his company, noting its respective RTN card number, address, telephone number, email, signed and sealed. (Offer that does not meet these requirements will be disqualified). 2. The winning bidder must present a photocopy of RTN and invoice with CAI "SPECIAL CONDITIONS THAT THE QUOTE/OFFER/PROPOSAL SHOULD CONTAIN Quote validity: Minimum ten (10) days after its presentation Payment method: By check payable to the supply supplier or its equivalent. Delivery method/time B/S: Maximum ten (10) days after purchase order or contract. B/S delivery/reception address: Municipality of Limon Colon, first street downtown neighborhood next to the Luz Brillante church, Limon Colon.
