Training of strategic initiatives at the concessionaire - Hiring a provider to provide training on Executive Writing, lasting 10 hours (5 hours per day), in person, for a group of 20 people, on the 20th and 21st of May, from 09:00 am to 03:00 pm in accordance with the following provisions: The provider must offer the physical space and materials for training (computers for activities) The training must be Workshop type, with activities and dynamics carried out at the moment. Include food for the 20 people to be trained (lunches to be trained (lunches with their respective soft drinks and coffee breaks. According to Memorandum DRH-643-2026 IMPORTANT: QUOTES MUST CONTAIN NAME OR REASON COMPANY COMPANY RTN, SIGNATURE AND SEAL, CONTACT, ADDRESS AND THAT IT IS WITHIN THE ESTABLISHED DATE NOTE: In accordance with Legislative Decree No. 266-2013 and Article 105 of Legislative Decree No. 357-2013, which establishes the Organic Law of the INJUPEMP, it is considered that INJUPEMP has the right to exemption from the payment of Sales Tax, as stipulated in Article 16 of the Current Tax Code, of Legislative Decree No. 170-2016. Therefore, it is not necessary to undergo authorizing administrative procedures to enjoy this Sales Tax exemption benefit.
