Vehicle transportation services - THE CONTRACT OF TRANSPORTATION SERVICE IS REQUIRED FOR THE TECHNICAL AND ENGINEERING STAFF OF THE PLANT THROUGH THIS SERVICE TO BE ABLE TO TRANSFER ENEE STAFF FROM THE HOUSING CAMP TO THE PLANT AND VICEVERSABUS TRANSPORTATION UNIT: THE TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS STATED IN THIS CHAPTER WILL GOVERN ALL CONTRACTED SERVICES 1. THE TRANSPORTATION UNIT (BUS) THAT THE OFFERERS PROPOSED WILL BE FROM THE YEAR 2017 OR MORE RECENT2. THE CAPACITY OF THE UNIT (BUS) WILL NOT BE LESS THAN TWENTY-FIVE (25) COMFORTABLY SEATING PASSENGERS3. THE UNIT MUST HAVE ALL COMPONENT ELEMENTS IN OPTIMAL CONDITION THAT IS MECHANICAL PART, ENGINE, BOX, BRAKE SYSTEMS, AIR CONDITIONING, ETC. TIRES, DASHBOARD INDICATORS, SAFETY LIGHTS IN GENERAL. PHYSICAL CONDITION (BODY, CHASSIS, PAINT, SAFETY GLASS, SEATS, WINDSHIELD, EXTERIOR AND INTERIOR MIRROR VIEW SPACE4. THE UNIT SHOULD BE USED AS DIESEL FUEL5. CONTRACTING WILL BE APPLY FOR A PERIOD OF 60 WORKING DAYS6. EVERY OFFER MUST CERTIFY THAT THEY HAVE ANOTHER BACKUP UNIT WITH THE SAME CHARACTERISTICS AND CAPACITY OF THE UNIT OFFERED, WHICH MUST BE MADE AVAILABLE FOR CAUSES OF DEFECT OR MAINTENANCE.
