- Vehicle transportation services - THE CONTRACTING OF: TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS OF BUS TRANSPORTATION SERVICE FOR 20 PASSENGERS IS REQUIRED. THE TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS STATED WILL GOVERN ALL CONTROLLED SERVICES. THE SUPERVISION OF THE ENEE WILL VERIFY OR INSPECT THE SERVICE TO BE PROVIDED. TO VERIFY THAT THE CONTRACTOR IS IN STRICT COMPLIANCE WITH WHAT IS ESTABLISHED. 1. THE TRANSPORT UNIT (BUS) THAT THE BIDDERS PROPOSE WILL BE FROM THE YEAR 2016 ONWARDS. 2.THE CAPACITY OF THE UNIT (BUS) WILL BE TWENTY (20) COMFORTABLY SEATING PASSENGERS.3.THE UNIT MUST HAVE ALL THE COMPONENT ELEMENTS IN OPTIMAL CONDITION THAT IS PART OF GOODS, ENGINE, BOX, BRAKE SYSTEMS, AIR CONDITIONING, ETC. WHEELS, DASHBOARD INDICATORS, SAFETY LIGHTS LIGHTS IN GENERAL. PHYSICAL STATE (BODY, CHASSIS, PAINTS, SAFETY GLASS, SEATS) WINDSHIELD EXHAUST EXTERIOR MIRRORS OR INTERIOR.4.THE UNIT MUST BE USED AS DIESEL FUELS.5.PROCUREMENT IS REQUESTED FOR A PERIOD OF 60 WORKING DAYS.6.EVERY OFFER MUST CERTIFY THAT IT HAS ANOTHER BACKUP UNIT WITH THE SAME CHARACTERISTICS AND CAPACITY OF THE UNIT OFFERED, WHICH MUST BE PUT AT ITS DISPOSAL DUE TO CAUSES OF DAMAGE OR MAINTENANCE OF THE UNIT THAT IS IN SERVICE.7.THE BIDDER MUST SUBMIT RELEVANT DOCUMENTATION OF THE UNIT, ACCREDITING HIM AS OWNER OF IT.8.THE WINNING BIDDER MUST LABEL THE VISIBLE LETTERS OF THE UNIT INDICATING THAT THE NUMBER...
