Jorge Ayestas Head of Department Quotations must be accompanied by a photocopy of the current operating permit,photocopy of identity, photocopy of municipal solvency, photocopy of the RTN and proof of registration of ONCAE. The winner must submit an affidavit. The delivery time of the product will be on delivery on September 4, 2023 and the product will be received in good condition. The provider mustto present original invoice and proof of delivery to make the payment effective. The municipality will provide the format for the presentation of the quote.
